Stella Corporation has run a booth at The Total Solution Exhibition for
Electronic Equipment 2021, which was held in Tokyo Big Sight at October
27-29, 2021.
A real machine of reasonable measuring and AOI System "BV2030"
was exhibited. And also, high-end measuring and AOI system “ST-7080F”with
granite stage and gantry, AOI system for screen mask, and next generation
etching simulator were exhibited by the panel exhibit.
